Cancellations & Fees

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the non-refundable deposit. We understand that life happens and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment based on our policy.

⏰ LATE POLICY

Please be mindful that all appointments come with a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit forfeited, and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit.

To ensure a smooth experience, please plan ahead and allow yourself enough time to arrive on time. Clients are also required to sign a consent form prior to their service arriving early or on time ensures there’s time to complete this without cutting into your treatment.
