• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
• Late Policy: There’s a 5-minute grace period. Arrivals 5 or more minutes late will result in cancellation and loss of deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook.
• Groupon vouchers act as a deposit and are forfeited if policies aren’t followed. By booking, you agree to these terms.
